ADAMLAMP está comprometido con la protección de su privacidad. Al realizar un pedido, se le solicitarán algunos datos personales, como nombre, dirección de entrega, dirección de facturación, correo electrónico y número de teléfono. Prometemos mantener toda la información que comparta con nosotros de forma confidencial. Su información personal es necesaria para fines de envío y facturación. No compartimos su información con ninguna parte externa.

Cuando nuestro formulario de registro/pedido pide a los usuarios que ingresen información sensible (como el número de tarjeta de crédito), esa información se cifra y se protege con el mejor software de cifrado de la industria: PCI-DSS, proveedor de servicios de pago profesional y certificado como proveedor de terceros.

ADAMLAMP toma muy en serio la seguridad de los datos de tarjetas de crédito. Por esa razón, usamos Braintree para manejar de manera segura la información de tarjetas de crédito. Braintree es un proveedor de servicios certificado como conforme con el nivel 1 de PCI DSS.

Pago, Precios y Compra de Productos

Los precios mostrados en este sitio están cotizados en EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CZK o HUF según la ubicación desde la que accede.

Todos los precios incluyen el IVA (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido) aplicable según la tarifa vigente en HUNGRÍA, en función de la dirección de entrega. No se paga impuestos por productos exportados de la UE, pero esto no afecta el monto que se debe pagar por la compra. Los clientes de países fuera de la Unión Europea pueden tener que pagar impuestos nacionales y aranceles de aduanas en el país de entrega.

Todos los precios se cotizan sin incluir el costo del envío y embalaje, que se cobrará según las tarifas especificadas durante el proceso de pago.

4. - Credit Card Payment Barion (USD, EUR, HUF, CZK) - Barion Payment 

Online credit card and other payment methods are processed through the Barion system. Credit card and other payment-related data are not shared with the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt., the service provider, is an institution supervised by the Hungarian National Bank under license number H-EN-I-1064/2013. Customers can pay the full amount of their order online via credit card. Our webshop facilitates credit card payments and transactions in EUR, USD, CZK, and HUF through Barion. This allows our customers to complete transactions conveniently and securely using Barion’s protected financial system.

5. - Place Order Without Payment. (Require special shipping calculation. Large Lighting (over 75cm diameter) & Larger Orders.)

When you place an order, you will be sent a confirmation by email.

The Order Receipt sent to you after placing an order contains the bank details and the amount to be paid for your order. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time. Changes will not affect orders which have been made before price changes and were confirmed via email. We ask you to use your order ID as the payment reference. We can start production after receiving the amount, but we can accept the bank slip that proves the payment has been made, just to win a few more days for the production.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all over the world. We use a variety of shipping companies to deliver packages, depending on the country of delivery. You will be contacted directly by email after you place the order with more information about delivery time and dates.

By giving your personal data, you warrant that all the information you gave is correct and exact. Your billing name is what is listed on your credit card. However, your delivery address is where you want your purchase to actually be delivered.

Charges apply depending on the product. Orders are sent as soon as possible depending on stock. Over 95 cm diameter packages require special shipping calculation, please inquire by email before placing order: orders@adamlamp.com. If you send us the pendants you prefer, we can check the delivery costs and the price. Click - Delivery Information, delivery time, and dates.

Your order will be shipped from our studio in Budapest, Hungary. 

Orders are sent as soon as possible depending on stock. Tracking is integrated into the courier services we use. We will inform you via email once your order is ready, and you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment once it's on the way.  

We will aim to fulfill your order within the given product manufacturing times. However, these manufacturing times are estimations; they may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. In case of significant delay, we will inform you via email. If for some reason you haven't received your order within 7 days of this notification, let us know as soon as possible. We'll work together to resolve the problem

Delivery Access  -  Please note you are responsible for ensuring safe and easy public access to the delivery address and that the products can fit into your property. All package dimensions can be found on the Technical Specification sheets that are available to download on each product page of our website.

 

Returns & Replacements

Thank you for choosing Adamlamp for your recent lighting purchase! We truly hope you are satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy provides for the return of any non-installed items in the original packaging within 30 days. The requirements for a successful return: The entire item must be returned in its original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton. Please do not write or put any markings on the outside of the carton. In an effort to reduce waste, your carton may be reused. The item must be packed exactly as it was shipped. Any slight variation can cause damage or scratching to the piece and could invalidate your return.

Hungary  -   We offer a free returns service (HUN addresses only) that is easy to use and stress-free. Just pop the product back in the box and let us know a convenient day to pick it up from you. We will then contact the delivery company and arrange the pickup.

Outside Hungary  -  For returns outside Hungary, customers will be responsible for payment of the return delivery. We will refund the original credit card used for the purchase within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. As soon as the goods have arrived back with us, we will either offer a refund or a replacement.

Fault

If we make a mistake, if items within packaging are faulty or damaged, we will do our utmost to rectify the error as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of the customer. Please contact us as soon as possible. You have the right to return damaged or faulty items to us within 30 days of receiving it. We will always attempt to replace any damaged product, if that cannot be done, we offer a full refund, including our shipping costs.
