If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy provides for the return of any non-installed items in the original packaging within 30 days.

requirements for a successful return

The entire item must be returned in its original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton.

Please do not write or put any markings on the outside of the carton. In an effort to reduce waste, your carton may be reused.

The item must be packed exactly as it was shipped.  Any slight variation can cause damage or scratching to the piece and could invalidate your return.

Hungary

We offer a free returns service (HUN addresses only) that is easy to use and stress free.

Just pop the product back in the box and let us know a convinient day to pick it up from you. We will then contact Delivery company and arrange the pick up.

Outside Hungary

For returns outside Hungary customers will be responsible for payment of the return delivery.

We will refund the original credit card used for the purchase within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. As soon as the goods have arrived back with us, we will either offer a refund or a replacement.

Please note you are responsible for ensuring safe and easy public access to the delivery address and the products can fit into your property. All package dimensions can be found on the Technical Specification sheets that are available to download on each product page of our website.
